ENCANTUS VOICES is a choral and instrumental group created to delight different audiences with the excellent artistic quality of its members, composed of highly versatile performers who have the ability to interpret all kinds of music from the oldest and most complex repertoires, symphonic-chorals to compositions most current Latin American.


Encantus Voices is part of Encantus Music Inc., an independent non-profit organization registered in the State of Florida, dedicated to promoting high-quality music and focuses on three main areas: 
- Promote and finance performances and concerts of music that enriches the audience, played by talented musicians 
- Promote and assist musicians and singers 
- Promote music education for the general public, singers and musicians


MAIBEL TROIA is a Venezuelan-born musician who studied Choral and Orchestral Conducting. She is also a Pianist, Composer, Arranger, and Educator. Along with Dr. Jose Antonio Abreu, she led the National Choral for "El Sistema" in Venezuela. She has prepared choirs for distinguished conductors such as Jose Antonio Abreu, Gustavo Dudamel, Alfredo Rugeles, Alberto Grau, Maria Guinand, Eduardo Marturet, Sir Simon Rattle, Claudio Abbado, Zubin Mehta, Helmuth Rilling, Krzysztof Penderecki, among others. She has been invited as a guest professor for the Conductors Without Borders Program, International Federation of Choral Music IFCM, America Cantat, Florida International University FIU, and Miami Symphony Orchestra MISO.
Currently residing in Florida, Maibel Troia is the founding conductor of Encantus Voices & Ensemble and continues to share her passion for music through education.
